The Foundation
The journey of our business began in 2020 with the vision of two young founders who identified the growing need for reliable, transparent, and customer-friendly financial services. During this phase, the focus was on groundwork, market research, understanding customer pain points, and building strong relationships with financial institutions. This year laid the foundation for what would later become a structured multi-service enterprise.
Formal Registration
In 2021, the business took its first official step with the registration of Future India Multi Finance Company as a Proprietorship firm. This phase marked the beginning of organized operations, offering financial assistance and loan-related services to customers with a strong commitment to trust, accuracy, and timely support.
Expansion & Rebranding
As the business grew, we transitioned into a Partnership firm and rebranded the company as Loan2Home, operating from (Place). Under this model, we expanded our services to include multiple loan products across various banks. A key strength during this phase was our direct document collection from clients, ensuring faster processing, better coordination with banks, and improved customer satisfaction.
Branch Expansion
With increasing customer demand and a strong market response, we expanded our physical presence in 2023 by opening two additional branches in (Places). This expansion enabled us to serve more customers locally, strengthen our agent network, and improve turnaround time for loan processing and financial services.
Launch of Refzone
In 2024, we took a strategic step toward large-scale growth by launching Refzone as a sub-business under our group vision. Refzone was designed as a technology-driven, franchise-based platform, integrating agents and franchise owners into a structured ecosystem.
The Refzone model focuses on:

- Referral-based earning opportunities
- Agent and franchise empowerment
- Digital platforms for customers, agents, and franchise partners
